Christian Bale Issues A Statement About His Arrest

 

Bumpshack reported that Christian Bale had been accused of assaulting his mother and sister in a “scuffle” at the hotel Christian was staying at on the weekend in the UK. Christian was there for the premiere of The Dark Knight.

Later, TMZ reports that Christian Bale had been arrested and was being questioned by police on the assault. TMZ paints Christian as being a horrible person. Yet, I hold off on the story because I know there has to be more to it.

People is now reporting that Christian was released from police custody and his lawyer has released a statement…

“Christian Bale attended a London police station today, on a voluntary basis, in order to assist with

an allegation that had been made against him to the police by his mother and sister,” the star’s lawyers said in the statement. “Mr. Bale who denies the allegation, co-operated throughout, gave his

account in full of the events in question, and has left the station without any charge being made against him by the police. At this time, there will be no further comment by Mr. Bale.”

I am inclined to believe him. I think from the rumors I have heard that his family wants his money. (RUMORS people.) In another rumor posted on Just Jareda commenter posted this…

His mom and sister are alcoholics and drug addicts, they showed up at his hotel uninvited and highly

intoxicated. they were calling him big shot and that he needs to take care of his own. His mom was yelling that he would be nothing without her and he owed her. His sister was begging for money and when he was pushing her toward the door his mother came from behind and started hitting him on his head and kicking him. He managed to push them both out the door and his mom fell, they called the police and wanted him arrested.

기사를 읽다보니 어쩐지 그가 불쌍하다는 생각이 든다.
이미 어느정도 그의 가족에 대해 소문이 퍼진 헐리웃에서도 그에 대해 동정론이 대세인듯하고
피를 나눴다고 다 가족은 아닌가보다.
